On Saturday, Dallas Black Dance Theatre will travel to Fort Worth to perform highlights from the season. See Dancing Beyond Borders at the Fort Worth Community Arts Center.
Dallas’ Latino Cultural Center is home to “Fur.” That’s a new play presented by Teatro Dallas about a hairy young woman sold to a young man with a fetish for animals. Catch a performance on Saturday.
On Sunday, the Lone Star Film Society screens the classic “To Kill a Mockingbird.” The screening’s free. Just head to the Four Day Weekend Comedy Theater in Fort Worth.
Throughout the weekend, the Turtle Creek Chorale rocks out at Dallas’ Moody Performance Hall. Head there to hear classic rock songs from Aerosmith, Queen and more.
