In the spirit of the day, Garland will be holding its annual Labor Day Parade with local bands and floats. After the parade festivities, stick around for the car and truck show immediately after the parade.
To go with its current Takashi Murakami exhibition, the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth is screening the Japanese anime classic “Howl’s Moving Castle” and five more recent critically acclaimed anime feature films.
Our sister station KXT 91.7 presents electric blues harmonica player Charlie Musselwhite with songwriter Ben Harper. See them perform at House of Blues in Dallas.
