If you and your furry friend need to get out of the house and make some art, head to Northaven Trail for Paw Print Painting on Northaven Trail. This event will happen on September 19 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in a socially distanced, outdoor environment at the Edgemere Respite.

Attend Paw Print Painting September 19 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Tickets are $40 and can be purchased online. Attendees will be given a stretched canvas, brushes, non-toxic paints, and other supplies.

This painting session will be led by local professional artists, Kaitlyn Glass, to use the dogs’ paw prints to make floral wall art. Each ticket covers the artist, the dog, and the dog-handler.  All dogs must be leashed and  guests should bring water and a towel or blanket.

“It’s like a unique date-night or best friend outing. We recommend you bring a friend in case your doggie needs to go or be walked while you paint. Plus it’s more fun too,” said Meredith Powell with Artists for Animals.
