We’re continuing to share Glasstire’s weekly Top 5 – a look at their picks for art to see around the state.

This week, there was one pick from the DFW area – Jennie Ottinger’s new project “Postal Mortem.”  Ottinger is attempting to save the United States Postal Service through this project by mailing postcards with handwritten social media-esque messages and related drawings.

The event in Dallas is happening on Saturday, November 15, from 6-9 PM at The Reading Room.  There’s going to be a huge stamp exchange, so make sure you bring your stamps with you to show them off or swap for others (like trading cards)!
