Big Tex was recently named the country’s Quirkiest Landmark.  I could go on about what that means and some of his history, or maybe even list everything you ever wanted to know about Tex. But my colleague Eric Aasen has already done a splendid job of that over on KERA News. 

Given that we can’t really find a video celebrating the big guy, we decided to go out and capture some of his new moves. Unfortunately he never gave us a wink (head nod, eye move, or blink.)  Maybe it was all the corn dog crumbs on my shirt?
