The Big Screen: ‘When Dallas Rocked’

by Stephen Becker 19 Dec 2013 8:30 AM

In the 1970s and 80s, Dallas was one of the capitals of rock ‘n’ roll. Stevie Ray and Jimmie Vaughan performed in local clubs, and the biggest acts in rock played the Texas Jam at the Cotton Bowl. In this week’s Big Screen, we talk to Kirby Warnock, the director of When Dallas Rocked, a documentary that revisits Dallas’ rockin’ past.
