This morning I swung by the mini “Maker Faire” at SXSW Interactive and had fun playing with MakerBot’s newest 3D printer, the Replicator.

MakerBot has been front-and-center at this year’s conference — its founder, Bre Pettis, gave a keynote to kick off the conference.

Anthony Moschella works for Mr. Pettis at MakerBot and has been to SXSW every year for a decade. He told me that this year people obsessed with 3D printing.
