When the very funny Avenue Q opened last July at Theatre Three, it sold like no show had before. It got extended and extended, and puppeteer Michael Robinson even did a stand-up stint for Pecha Kucha Dallas in September, explaining how he built all those puppets, including the Jac Alder stand-in.
Well, in January, Theatre Too, the company’s basement space, filled in with its old standby, I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change, but now comes word that the single-young-puppets-looking-for-love-in-the-big-city musical is coming back. You’re Perfect has been extended through March 3, and then on March 28, the raunchy Muppets will return.
