Afternoon Delight: 6 Great Thought Experiments Made If Not Easier, At Least More Entertaining

by Jerome Weeks 26 Nov 2012 12:58 PM

OK, our brains are back on track, after all that tryptophan-induced, Cowboys-game slumber. Right? So let’s take ’em for an entertaining little animated spin in the world of logic, physics and time travel.

Afternoon Delight is a daily diversion for when you’re just back from lunch, but not quite ready to knuckle down to work. Check back weekdays at 1 p.m. for another one.

OK, you’ve probably heard about some of these paradoxes and mind games before, like Schrodinger’s Dead/Undead Cat. But did you know Schrodinger came to hate his whole Cat in the Hatbox idea? Have fun.
