DIVIDING THE ESTATE: The much-maligned Arts Center of North Texas may not be dead yet, but it’s certainly on life support. The latest is that attorneys from Allen, Plano and Frisco are scheduled to meet later this week to figure out how to divide up the project’s assets. And Plano will ask its voters next year if they want to revoke the city’s ability to sell bonds for the project. “It looks like this thing is just not going to go anywhere in the foreseeable future,” Plano Mayor Phil Dyer tells dallasnews.com.
