Just a reminder and a heads up to KERA TV viewers: A critical piece of equipment called a Mask Filter, through which KERA TV’s signal passes, needs to be replaced. It will take approximately 24 hours to install the replacement equipment.

KERA TV will be off the air on Friday, October 28, 2011, from approximately 12:01 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Should that time period change, KERA will post the most recent information on its homepage at kera.org.

Please note that TimeWarner and SuddenLink cable subscribers will continue to receive KERA’s programs during the equipment installation.
