Congratulations to Lyn Caudle of Lancaster, the winner of the Flickr Photo of the Week contest!

CTA TBD

Congratulations to Lyn Caudle of Lancaster, the winner of the Flickr Photo of the Week contest! Lyn previously won our contest in May with this creatively constructed image. He follows last week’s winner, Brian Hamm who added some really nice shots from the recent Somebody’s Darlin’ show at the Granada to our pool.

If you would like to participate in the Flickr Photo of the Week contest, all you need to do is upload your photo to our Flickr group page. It’s fine to submit a photo you took earlier than the current week, but we are hoping that the contest will inspire you to go out and shoot something fantastic this week to share with Art&Seek users. If the picture you take involves a facet of the arts, even better. The contest week will run from Monday to Sunday, and the Art&Seek staff will pick a winner on Monday afternoon. We’ll notify the winner through FlickrMail (so be sure to check those inboxes) and ask you to fill out a short survey to tell us a little more about yourself and the photo you took. We’ll post the winners’ photo on Wednesday.

Now, here’s more from Lyn:

Title of photo: Kessler
Equipment: Canon 50D and a Canon 10-22mm
Tell us more about your photo: This was an event I was attending called “Industry Giants,” presented by A Bunch of Short Guys. I know, funny name, right?
It is an event where prominent industry (film, television, games, etc.) people come and speak and give presentations on whatever they are involved in. It was obviously at the Kessler Theater this time.
I stepped out to grab this shot during the day. I took this one and several other angles, but this was the one I liked best.
