Afternoon Delight is a daily diversion for when you’re just back from lunch, but not quite ready to get back to work. Check back Monday at 1 p.m. for another one.

Japan recently premiered its own version of Saturday Night Live, which employs a live-television, sketch-comedy-and-variety-show format that’s actually unfamiliar to most Japanese.

Funny thing is … you watch this intro and keep expecting it to turn into an SNL sketch somehow.
