TRAVELING MAN: You may have heard the big news — Graeme Jenkins will be stepping down as the Dallas Opera’s music director after the 2012-13 season. He wants to conduct more in Europe. You may have wondered why no media outlet had direct word from Jenkins himself. Well, yesterday, he couldn’t be reached. He was traveling in Europe.
