Afternoon Delight: 4-Handed Piano

by Stephen Becker 3 Mar 2011 1:00 PM

Tonight, you’ve got a chance to see something fairly rare – a four-handed piano recital. As part of SMU’s Faculty Artist Series, Alfred Mouledous and Julie Bees will perform a program for piano in which each piece requires two players. For a taste, check out this video of Schubert’s Fantasy in F minor, which will be played tonight.

CTA TBD

Afternoon Delight is a daily diversion for when you’re just back from lunch, but not quite ready to get back to work. Check back tomorrow at 1 p.m. for another one.

I’m in California and wish someone would YouTube or UStream tonight’s concert. I would love to see Mouledous.
