Here’s what looks good for the weekend at the Lone Star International Film Festival:

A Conversation with T Bone Burnett – Every musical project the Fort Worth native touches seemingly turns to gold. Here’s a chance to ask him how he got the Midas touch and whether or not it’s sometimes tough to see behind those trademark shades. (Saturday, 11 a.m., Fort Worth Public Library)

Jeff Bridges – OK, this isn’t a specific event, per se. But the most recent best actor winner will be all over the festival on Saturday. Crazy Heart (1 p.m.) The Last Picture Show (4 p.m.) and The Big Lebowski (7:30 p.m.) all show. And Bridges and the previously mentioned Burnett will play at the closing night party at 8.0 Restaurant and Bar. Expect a heavy dose of music from Crazy Heart, for which Burnett supervised the music.

Robogeisha – If you missed it at this year’s Asian Film Festival of Dallas, here’s your chance to check out this mix of grindhouse, Asian horror and camp. What’s it about? The title pretty much says it all. (Saturday at midnight, Four Day Weekend Theater)

Picasso and Braque Go to the Movies – Are you a fan of Cubism? Are you a fan of movies? Find out how the two influenced one another in this documentary that features a number of moviemakers and artists opining on the subject. (Sunday, noon, Kimbell Art Museum)

Sideways – It seems as if Hollywood is constantly taking Asian cinema and reinterpreting it for American audiences. So it’s nice to see the trade deficit even out a little bit with this Japanese take on the 2004 movie about California wine enthusiasts of the same name. Still a crime that Paul Giamatti didn’t get nominated. (5 p.m., AMC Palace 4)
