Tomorrow, TEDxKids gets underway. It’s sold out. But you can watch live online at TEDxSMU’s website during the conference, from 1-5 p.m.
What will you find? According to organizers it’ll be a day of:
delivering new ideas to the middle school generation of scientists, engineers, artists, inventors and entrepreneurs. The format is lightening fast, delivering 15 speakers in four hours: Some get three minutes, a few speakers get as many as 15 minutes, but the young participants tap into kinetic presentations on topics ranging from the science of yo-yos to space exploration. It’s the perfect format for middle school kids, who measure time by the number of texts they can send in a minute.
Who’ll be speaking? Check out the list here of speakers at both the day for kids tomorrow AND the adult event, TEDxSMU, on Saturday. Which will also be streaming live, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
