The Kessler Theater was nothing short of gorgeously pristine for last night’s opening. The lobby bar was sleek and inviting, the main room, while large, still felt warm and intimate and the sound system was top-notch. It was the perfect setting for the re-opening of this landmark theater. The crowd was an eclectic mix, including those who drove over from the Fort to one of the first ticket-takers of the original Kessler Theater (pre-World War II era).
Please enjoy the video overview from last night’s festivities, and please make plans to attend an upcoming show.
Update: Ken Shimamoto aka The Stash Dauber was in attendance on Saturday night and wrote a lovely recap of the night’s festivities here.
