The Irving Arts Center will lop off ten dollars from the tickets for its Feb. 19 concert, Dreaming the ‘Duke,’ a celebration of Duke Ellington’s music, featuring jazz vocalist Nnenna Freelon,  Met Opera soprano Harolyn Blackwell and pianist/arranger Mike Garson, who’s done his own jazz pieces as well as  extensive work with David Bowie and the Smashing Pumpkins.
