In April, John Williams, composer of nearly every film score you’ve ever heard, will be in our area to conduct the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra in a gala concert. That performance has been sold out for months, so good luck getting in.

But the FWSO sends word today that tickets to Williams’ rehearsal with the orchestra are now on sale. The rehearsal will take place on April 20 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Bass Hall; tickets are $15-$40.

If you’d like to see (and hear) how the master of the movie score works, you can buy tickets by calling 817.665.6000 or visiting the FWSO Web site.
