Dallas Contemporary was set to debut its new warehouse space tomorrow evening with artist James Gilbert’s giant, multi-media airliner installation. But that’s not going to happen. Earlier this week, when we visited, poor Gilbert was still without power for the elaborate video part of his work. But the real problem holding up the premiere: lack of an occupation certificate yet.
