A first look at that rooftop logo, for instance, with a big aerial reverse zoom that makes Cogill look like a tiny bridegroom figure topping a red velvet cake. The report itself is decently thorough; it doesn’t stop with the marquee-name donors and shots of happy crowds and glinting sunlight.
One minor correction: The Winspear chandelier isn’t made of fiber optics. That was an early idea that got nixed for lucite rods and LEDS.
