After a day-and-a-half of rehearsals on Wednesday and Thursday, the semifinals will begin at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Bass Performance Hall, with afternoon and evening sessions continuing through Sunday. The sessions will alternate 60-minute solo recitals with piano quintet performances with the Takács Quartet.
