North Texas Violinist Makes the YouTube Orchestra

Channel 33 News reports that 26-year-old Jacqueline Morant has been accepted into the YouTube Symphony Orchestra. The video website put out an international call for video clip auditions for a place in the not-yet-debuted music group. More than 3,000 contestants applied for a chance to play in Carnegie Hall under the baton of Michael Tilson Thomas.

The Youtube Orchestra made my big list, and I got a nice e-mail from the London Symphony Orchestra for adding it.
I would encourage this forum to spotlight the list. It would introduce the audience not only to the Youtube Orchestra idea, but 100 Plus other great musicians in the first all world list of new music.
