Charlie Kaufman, the writer of such mind-bending classics as Adaptation, Being John Malkovich and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, adds director to his list of credits with his upcoming film, Synecdoche, New York. The movie received a rave from New York Times critic Manola Dargis and is set to open at the Dallas and Plano Angelika Film Centers on Nov. 7. Kaufman was in town last week to promote the film and took time out to discuss it with Think‘s Krys Boyd. If you missed their discussion, you can listen to it below. Think airs Monday-Thursday from noon-2 p.m. on KERA (90.1 F.M.)
