Art&Seek presents Recapturing Cuba: An Artist’s Journey on KERA TV at 8:30 tonight. The film follows Dallas artist Rolando Diaz as he returns to the country his family fled when he was 7 years old. Diaz rediscovers his old neighborhood in Havana, runs into family friends and introduces us to Cuba’s contemporary art scene. Join guest blogger Harry Lynch, the filmmaker, who writes today about making the movie.
