I will be airing an overview of the life and music of Frank Zappa this Sunday the 16th at 9 pm during 90.1@Night , in observance of Zappa’s birthday and date of death (December 21, 1940 – December 4, 1993).

This is my fourth annual airing of this hourlong tribute, and I will be joined by Dr. Joseph Klein, Chair of the Composition Department at the UNT School of Music. Dr. Klein teaches a course on Zappa at UNT and gives personal and technical insight into one of the most colorful musical figures of the last century.
