Theatre Too
Theatre Too is the 80 seat intimate playspace in the basement of Theatre Three. Renovated in 2000, the theatre was home to the longest running show in Dallas theatre history, "I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change". Current programming includes artist projects, new plays, chamber musicals, as well as special engagements of Theatre Three's most popular shows.

Directions & Parking
Theatre Three is located in Uptown Dallas, in the Qudrangle - an office tower and an enclave of ground level shops and restaurants. You will find us in the courtyard of the Quadrangle, in between Martini Ranch and The Dream Café on one side or East Wind and Siegels on the other side. Please park in those areas that are not marked for other retail shops to avoid towing.
Free covered parking is available each show in the Quadrangle parking garage located on the corner of Routh Street and Laclede Street. There are 3 levels in the parking garage which is accessible off Laclede Street. The parking garage is monitored by camera and patrol.
Other Information
As a subscription benefit, all Theatre Three Season Subscribers may purchase half-price tickets to the shows in Theatre Too, excluding I LOVE YOU, YOU'RE PERFECT, NOW CHANGE.
