Grand Prairie Arts Council

The Grand Prairie Arts Council (GPAC) was incorporated in 1979 to operate as an umbrella organization to promote the visual and performing arts in Grand Prairie. It is an independent non-profit tax-exempt cultural arts organization supported by funds received from memberships, donations, grants and projects. The Arts Council produces, presents, coordinates and funds a body of work that encompasses the principle arts disciplines and reflects the cultural diversity of our community. GPAC will seek the commitment and cooperation of government, business, educational institutions, and other organizations and individuals in the areas of funding, facilities, program coordination and media support; and will provide youth programming that encourages future artists, audiences and leadership in the Arts community.
