Angels of Dance

Angels of Dance, Inc. is a non-profit organization created by a group of Ballroom Dancers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, formed in 2011. Our purpose is to leverage the talent of the Professional and Amateur ballroom dancing community and dancers from other milieu to raise funds for worthy charities. This is a totally volunteer membership organization with no paid staff. We do this because we love to dance and dancing for the benefit of great causes only increases the joy.

Our approach to fund raising will take the form of performances by dancers of all ages including Professional Dancing Couples (Pro/Pro), Professional/Amateur Couples (Pro/AM), Amateur Couples, Dance Troupes and Group Dance Formations.

To participate in the performance, dancers will have made a donation to the cause for a specific event. The look and feel of our performances will be similar to Dancing with the Stars, without the competitive aspect. Dancers will have professionally choreographed routines that they have practiced and perfected for the entertainment of the audience.

We will sell tickets to each performance event that will be tax deductible and will encourage friends and family of the dancers make donations to the charity as well as purchasing tickets. We encourage friends and families to become patrons and make donations to charity as well as purchase tickets. We will accept sponsorships for each event and publicize the donations made by each sponsor.
