The Usual

Let us tell you a little bit about ourselves. We like purchasing old cocktail books and japanese barspoons, spending every moment that we're awake improving the way that we make drinks, creating new and interesting ways to combine flavors in cocktails, and tweaking a drink recipe a hundred times before we think it's ready to put on the menu. We also enjoy traveling to distilleries and reading thousand page books on the history of rum production. Why do we do what we do? So you don't have to. Don't get me wrong, you should always feel free to replicate all 750 recipes in the Savoy cocktail book. If by chance you would prefer to skip that step and just walk up to the bar and order one, then we have the bar for you. We invite you to stop in for a drink and see what it's like to be guided through a bar by the hand of a truly skilled bartender.
