We like purchasing old cocktail books and japanese barspoons, spending every moment that we're awake improving the way that we make drinks, creating new and interesting ways to combine flavors in cocktails, and tweaking a drink recipe a hundred times before we think it's ready to put on the menu. We also enjoy traveling to distilleries and reading thousand page books on the history of rum production. Why do we do what we do? So you don't have to. Don't get me wrong, you should always feel free to replicate all 750 recipes in the Savoy cocktail book.
