Live Oak Music Hall and Lounge
This 5000 square foot, 1950's structure which once was the Southside Lions Club and Community Hall will be transformed into a live music venue. It will have a relaxing intimate 1950's era lounge with full bar and large selection of draft beers as well as food. The lounge will be a separate space from the music hall. The lounge will have only acoustic music where the music hall will accommodate approximately 300 for larger events. There will be a rooftop patio and street level patios for relaxing and enjoying the view as well as a nice drink and good food.
