Denton Community Theatre (Black Box Theatre)


Denton Community Theatre, established in 1969, has grown into an internationally recognized non-profit theatre that produces quality comedy, drama, and musicals. Additionally, they host annual special events, raise money for local charities, and offer a variety of theatrical opportunities for children and teens. Performances take place in the Campus Theatre.

Tickets range from $10 to $18 for most performances

Directions & Parking
From Dallas/Ft. Worth go north on I35 - take exit 465B (Ft. Worth Dr. exit) - head north on Ft. Worth Dr. (becomes Carroll Blvd.) -turn R on W Hickory - Campus Theatre on the left. Parking is available on the street and in lots a few blocks from the theatre.

Other Information
Denton Community Theatre received the top national award from AACT in 2007 with their production of Regina Taylor's "Crowns."
