MTO Leadership Development and iUC Missions

MTO Leadership Development is a Christian Evangelistic Organization that has been formed to educate organizations, companies and individuals. We established iUC Missions to accomplish our vision to reach the lost and introduce them to eternal life through the blood of Jesus Christ. MTO is not a private foundation, nor do we issue any capital stock. We are strictly a religious non-profit ministry, and are not engaged in any unrelated business enterprises.

Our primary goal is to encourage, challenge and help promote sound, moral and ethical practice in all walks of life.

In 2010 we hosted a leadership conference at a Methodist Church camp outside Santa Clara, Cuba. The conference was conducted with JOCUP, a non-denominational ministry in Cuba. 570 pastors and leaders attended and 40 denominations were represented. We turned down another 400 people because we reached the maximum capacity at the camp. Most of the people rode in transport trucks to attend the event (see pictures at the end of this document). The total cost in US dollars was $10,000. We have agreed in faith to underwrite the conference for 2011.

In 2011 we are participating in weekly mission outreachs at YWAM Dallas and the Fort Worth Detention center. We have been invited to minister at the Dallas Henry Wade center. We are planning a fundraiser on March 24, 2011 to raise funds for the Cuban conference and to support YWAM Dallas.
