Botanical Research Institute of Texas (BRIT)
The Botanical Research Institute of Texas is an international scientific research and learning center focused on conservation and knowledge sharing. Located in Fort Worth's Cultural district, BRIT's new 70,000-square-foot home offers many opportunities to pursue BRIT's goal of preserving and celebrating our natural heritage. In addition to being a model of environmental stewardship and green construction, BRIT's campus serves as a research site for local scientists, the home of one of a world-class herbarium, and a way to connect the community to their local flora.
