Dr. Gustavo Tolosa, Founder and Director of Musica For The World, is an active performer, teacher and adjudicator of national stature. He holds a Doctorate in Music from the renowned Eastman School of Music in New York. Dr. Tolosa is included in the publication "Outstanding Musicians of the 20th Century."

Dr. Tolosa believes that everyone should have the opportunity to make music with their own hands and hearts. He is convinced that making music brings us joy and healing by allowing us the create artistic and emotional beauty. Dr. Tolosa and his colleagues at Musica For The World want to ignite a spark of enthusiasm about learning music to every one of their students. The music faculty at Musica For The World provides each student with individual learning strategies so that everyone can reach their ultimate potential for excellence. Musica For The World offers two types of music instruction: private music lessons and group music lessons. Musica For The World is located inside one of the most vibrant and dynamic urban communities in downtown Dallas - the beautifully renovated South Side on Lamar building.
