Coppell Public Library - William T. Cozby Public Library

The William T. Cozby Public Library provides materials and services of popular interest to the community, emphasizing and encouraging reading by children, supplementing the educational needs of the community, furnishing timely, accurate information and offering the community a group study and meeting place. The mission is supported by the City's commitment to an excellent library, responsiveness to the community, utilization of modern technology, cooperative efforts with other City departments, other libraries and the independent school districts and a commitment to intellectual freedom for Coppell citizens.
