Based in the heart of historic Frisco, this intimate, eclectic and eco-friendly yoga studio doubles as an art gallery and boutique space. Local painters, photographers and artisans are represented.

Open Monday-Saturday, hours vary (usually open 9:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.), classes are ongoing through the week

Directions & Parking
Head north to Frisco on the Dallas North Tollway (Dallas Parkway) and exit on Main Street. Go east. Pass Pizza Hut Park and Soccer City. Yoga On Main is located on the north side at 6726 Main St., Suite 310, directly across from the gas station. On-street parking is limited. Additional free parking in building's rear lot.

Other Information
Yoga and high-energy aerobics classes (kickboxing, salsa and exotic dancing) are offered throughout the week. Yoga workshops will also be offered. Visitors are welcome to check out the featured artwork in the lobby and studio space. Please visit in between class times to view artwork in the studio space. The lobby is always open to visitors. Handicapped-accessible entrance located in rear of building.
