Founded in 2001 as the Trails Country Center for the Arts, the Winnsboro Center for the Arts (WCA) continues its legacy of being dedicated to having the arts accessible to all in rural East Texas.

A 100% volunteer organization is committed to offering affordable programming and classes that cater to a variety of interests. From children to adults, if you're a local or are just visiting for the weekend, WCA is brimming with opportunities for enjoyment, participation and education in the arts.
