Every October, the Plano International Festival brings the world to your doorstep at this free, family friendly event. Come feast on international cuisine, shop for treasures from around the globe, and enjoy multicultural entertainment as local cultural groups share their music and dance traditions. A colorful Parade of Nations with flags from around the globe kicks off the festivities. New citizens are sworn in at a naturalization ceremony. Kids can learn about other cultures as they make free art projects, participate in demonstrations and get their own Passports stamped in the children's workshops area. Parking and admission are free.
