Granville Arts Center
The Patty Granville Arts Center is owned and operated by the City of Garland and each year, over 150,000 people visit the Granville Arts Center to attend hundreds of plays, concerts, meetings, seminars, receptions, and various other activities which utilize the facility on a year round basis.
The newly renovated Granville Arts Center provides two elegant proscenium theatres with seating for 720 and 200. The Main Auditorium features a 55 foot fly loft with a counterweight system. The Atrium at the Arts Center is a 6,500 square foot ballroom that will accommodate up to 500 people seated for a dinner. The ballroom is encased in glass on two sides and opens onto a beautiful outdoor courtyard. The luxurious glass-lined lobby covers over 3,100 square feet. The Atrium provides an elegant setting for banquets, receptions, weddings, trade shows, exhibits and conventions. The Arts Complex also includes the Plaza Theatre, which is located at 521 West State Street on the Square in downtown Garland and has seating for 350 people. All three theatres have computerized lighting systems and state of the art technology.
HoursThe Granville Arts Center is open seven days a week.
