In the Saturday Spotlight, it’s cutting edge dance in Fort Worth. The 6th Annual Modern Dance Festival celebrates the connection between dance, music and art at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. Saturday at 2, choreographer and dancer Jeff Slayton will sign his book The Prickly Rose: A Biography of Viola Farber. At 8, Contemporary Dance Fort Worth hosts Dance Exchange, A Choreographers Showcase, featuring the work of half a dozen choreographers. The festival continues over the next two weekends.
