In the Art&Seek Spotlight, we’re taking a culinary tour of Dallas. The 23rd Taste of Dallas festival takes over the West End this weekend, serving up food from the area’s best chefs. The free event, which continues Sunday, will also have live music, arts and crafts, and plenty of activities for the kiddos. On Saturday, NBC 5 will sponsor DFW’s Got Talent, giving local entertainers a chance to win $5,000. All you have to do is audition at the Woodall Rodgers plaza next to Taste Town at 3 p.m. If you make the cut, you’ll perform on the main stage between 4:30 and 6:30 on Saturday. And if you really wow the crowd there, you’ll be asked back for the finale on Sunday at 2 p.m. So get to working on that special talent.
