Named for an old sign stenciled on the inside brick wall at 2714 Elm Street in Dallas’ historic Deep Ellum District, Armoury D.E. opened its doors in July 2015. Armoury D.E. was created by Peter Novotny, Dan Murry, Johnny Brown and Chef Abram Vargas, all local veterans of the food and drink industry.
