Print Research Institute of North Texas, P.R.I.N.T Press, is a fine art press affiliated with the University of North Texas College of Visual Arts and Design. It was established in 1993 with a generous donation from Mike and Jo Hart, founders of Peregrine Press, which operated in Dallas, Texas from 1981 to 1991. It is currently directed by Professor Lari Gibbons.
P.R.I.N.T Press sustains, expands and promotes the art of collaborative printmaking. Through creative research and publishing projects it promotes critical dialogue and education while enhancing the visibility and prestige of the College of Visual Arts and Design and the University of North Texas. It promotes sales and exhibitions of artists' work while providing professional training for students and cultural events for the public community.
