CityArtCal, Inc. was founded in February 2006 by local artist, Jennifer Culbertson, to bring together the diversity of Dallas artists in a unified forum showcasing their incredible talent.
In addition to regular meetings and exhibitions for the artists throughout the year, the annual event has been hosted by the Park Cities Hilton.
Sharing art and giving back has become the CityArtCal mantra. $5000.00 in art awards were presented to HPISD seniors in May 2007.
As a grassroots effort, not only has the project brought a voice to local artists, it is being heard across the United States and on three continents.
