Teen Zombie Hunt

Teens ages 13 through 17 can go on a zombie hunt at the South Garland Branch Library on Tuesday, Oct. 8 at 6:30 p.m.

The Zombie Hunt will take the form of a modified game of Marco Polo. Two teens will volunteer to be “zombies” and will be assigned a color and blindfolded. The zombies will try to catch the other participants by tapping them on the shoulder. Teens caught by the zombies will get a bandana of the successful zombie’s color and will begin helping their zombie catch other teens by “freezing” them. The game will end when there is only one “human” left standing. The zombie with the most teammates will win. The game will be played multiple times.

No registration is required to attend this event, which is open to teens ages 13 to 17. The South Garland Branch Library is located at 4845 Broadway Blvd., at Oates Road.
