The Program

Quintet for oboe and string quartet……Arthur BLISS

Phantasy Quartet for oboe and string trio, Op. 2……Benjamin BRITTEN

Quintet for oboe and strings……Arnold BAX

Hallam Concerts are on Saturday afternoons at 3 p.m. and last roughly an hour. They are completely free of charge and open to all ages. Most programs are followed by CODA: a moderated post-performance dialogue with the musicians.

Hallam Family Concerts are generously sponsored by Fanchon and Howard Hallam. We are grateful to them as well as to many others who give of their time and resources to make our concerts a reality. Your contributions help us keep these concerts free for all.
