Dallas Genealogical Society Fall Seminar

Dallas Genealogical Society presents noted genealogist Jen Baldwin for their 2019 Fall Seminar. Jen will present 4 family history research lectures on the theme of Digging for Details; Getting the Full Story. 

Registration begins at 9:30 am. The seminar will begin at 10 am and end at 4:50 pm. Free parking in the Dallas Public Library underground lot. Attendees will have the option to purchase a box lunch when they register online or by mail. 

Members of the Dallas Genealogical Society get a discount, as well as students with IDs. Attendees may join the organization when they register, and thus get the lower ticket price. 

Dallas Genealogical Society (DGS) was founded in 1954 and is the oldest, continuously operating society of its kind in the state of Texas. Some of the main purposes of the society are to create and maintain interest in genealogy, educate about family history research, collect and preserve early Dallas Co. history, and to assist and support the Genealogy section of the J. Erik Jonnson Central Library in Dallas. The Dallas Public Library has been rated as one of the Top Ten family history research libraries in the U.S.
