Journal Making: Children's Summer ARTrichment

Ghost Town Arts Collective

This workshop lasts for two sessions on August 1 and August 2, from 1-3 p.m. each day.

Help your child discover their creative side! Join us for a unique opportunity for kids to create their own, handmade journal of self-expression!  On the first day, kids will decorate the cover for their journal any way they like! We have lots of collage material, paint, crayons, markers, and more. On the second day, the kids will put the journal together and start filling the pages inside with drawings, writing, anything that expresses their individuality! This journal can be used after the workshop is complete as a personal journal, sketchbook, dream journal, or a scrapbook for the coming school year!

Parents must accompany children during this event. Snacks and juice will be provided. Be sure to tell us about any allergies you or your children have during the ticket registration so we can purchase the right kind of snacks.
